Lunch with ex-colleagues

Met up with ex-colleagues for lunch Suntec.

Lunch was good. Compliments of Malcolm :) Followed by coffe, again compliments of Malcolm. HAHAAH. Nicole and Celia forced mal to take their money for the coffee. I tried once but he refused so I didn't really push. HAHA they must think I am a cheapskate lor.

But I got treat Mal before mah...so to me it's ok one lah, who is keeping tabs right?

Not like those who have NEVER EVER fork out a single cent for ANYTHING right? You know I know WHO hor....

At the end of the day, the general consensus is that we are off to a better place.

Moving on.

The people who are left behind are seriously people whom we do not wish to ever cross paths again. Good riddance!

On to happier topics!

SUPER CUTE MV COMING UP!

Jay Chou's new song! COWBOY ON THE RUN - Niu Zai Heng Mang

And my other favourites!

Ting Mama De Hua

Ban Chao Gan Mu

And the one song which tugs at my heart

Tui Ho

Listening to this song makes me reminisence about all those past relationships I have. Relationships that after a while I realised that nobody was seriously at fault. It was wrong timing or just not suitable for each other.

I miss those days when I had heated and heart breaking fights with ex-boyfriends. Those fights which leaves you thinking if you have enough strength to go on with your live. Fights that make your heart squeeze with such pain that you gasp for air.
Fights that make you cry till your eyes are puffy.

My teenage year were filled with those scenes. It seems like yesterday I was there fighting with him, thinking how miserable I was and how to get through those times.

Those are times when I wish I can turn back time and go to those relationships where nothing else matters. Waiting by the phone to ring (No mobile phone then hor), sending lovely alpha numeric message to pagers, surprising him with hand folded stars and cranes. HAHA. Quite childish I know but it was so sweet then.

You know Boy meets Girl. Boy chases Girl. Boy and Girl fall in love. Promise to marry each other (erm that time 15-16 years old?). Pass each other in the canteen and pretend to be cool and not look at each other. Wrtte little love notes and stuff into notebooks. Carry the same bag and pencil case. Wear matching t-shirts and couple rings.

Very very sweet and innocent. Fights were over the most petty things. Things that will not matter at my present life stage.

Tui Ho reminds me of those sweet moments when Boy acts cool and breaks Girl's heart. Girl is miserable and goes off. Years later none of those things in the past matter anymore. Only sweet memories flow endlessly that puts a smile on the face out of the blue.

What I will give in exchange for my teenage years again! (contented smile)
